Job description / Role
3 x Project Manager - UAE (Fitout)
Client is a leading interior fit out contractor is looking for up to three experienced project managers to join their company.
They focus on retail and f&b interior fit out. Projects are typically valued around AED 1-5m with a duration of around 8-16 weeks depending on the size of the project.
The role will be site based rather than head office.
Immediate start is ideal but not essential.
Salary is negotiable.
Requirements
- Managed a team of supervisors and engineers
- Experience of working on site for delivery and operation
- Manage sub-contractors
- Has a commercial awareness of the project
- Successfully delivered projects on time and to a good standard
- Work on retail or f&b projects
