Project Manager - Fitout Engineer

Job description / Role

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the fit-out works for villas project.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors involved in the project.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met efficiently and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with project specifications and requirements.

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in managing fit-out projects, specifically in Dubai.
• Proven expertise in villa-type projects and dealing with suppliers in the fit-out domain.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Nationality preference: Non-Arab Asian candidates.
