Job description / Role
We're currently looking for an Arabic-speaking, management consultant based in Dubai, with some exposure to the actuarial/insurance sector who is looking for a better work/life balance and reduced travel.
The role is at a Manager level and would suit someone coming from tier 1/tier 2/big 4 firms. It is essential that you must have strong project management experience and be entrepreneurially-minded.
The firm I'm hiring for is one of the world's leading Actuarial Consulting firms, but you don't necessarily need to be a qualified actuary for this particular position - it's more about being able to lead the team, engage with clients and ensure that deliverables are met and exceeded.
The salary package is attractive and good growth opportunities are available.
Requirements
The position would be perfect for somebody who has recently started a family or is tired of extensive travel and work hours but still wants to work for an impactful Professional Services firm.
- Good education is essential (MBA/Masters a big plus from a leading institution)
- A proven project manager
