Your Role and Responsibilities

We are a next generation services company dedicated to creating transformative ideas that get our clients to the future first. The IBM iX team is currently seeking a Project Manager with digital delivery experience.

You will be client facing and involved throughout the lifecycle of the project from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing and planning all digital areas of the project, including management of resources and creation of the end deliverable to ensure it is on time, on budget and to the highest quality that exceeds client expectations. You will be comfortable supporting, producing and overseeing detailed documentation to drive the solution vision at all times.

You will have experience in delivering solutions on a range of platforms including CMS, Commerce and CRM, as well as delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will also have experience in different delivery methods including Agile and be able to demonstrate how to select the right method for a project. Lastly, you will have experience in working with distributed delivery across multiple locations and with contracted third parties.

IBM iX operates across a range of clients and industries, developing solutions for B2C, B2B and B2E (Business-to-Employee). The projects may range from initial design prototypes to technical proof-of-concepts to full production-ready solution for release into the marketplace.

The Digital Project Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure we're delivering a quality product that is fit to purpose, delivered on time and within budget. This will involve

- Leading, managing and co-ordinating teams of strategists, designers, user experience practitioners, analysts, architects and developers and demonstrating effective leadership skills for delivery.
- Being able to clearly describe each role in the team and their specific disciplines both internally and externally to clients.

The successful candidate will be passionate about developing products based on user needs, not accepting the status quo and pushing for the right solution. Be a great communicator with a positive attitude and care about their team. They will work with Digital delivery teams, with skill-sets across UX, Visual Design, Web Development, Software Engineering, QA and Content.
