Job description / Role
Client are an established construction group based in Ajman, U.A.E who are looking for a Project Manager with experience on high rise projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate would have managed all division from Structural, MEP, HVAC, through to Fit Out showing flexibility and capability of handling a complete project from start to finish. This is a permanent position with average projects G+30 with values between 100 - 200 million AED.
Requirements
* Must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Experience of working on all aspects of High Rise projects (valued at 100 – 200 million AED) as a Project Manager.
* Must have 5 - 10 years’ total experience on High Rise projects with up to 5 years’ in the U.A.E.
* Western candidates preferred but not essential.
