Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Profile:

Manage projects within a given division from concept to completion in accordance with Company Policy and agreed parameters
Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

- Review and analyze project critical information, develop and implement strategies to achieve Business objectives.
- Identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required.
- Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project
- Identify and resolve issues that arise
- Performance evaluation of the project
- Develop key external and internal relationships to achieve agreed objectives. Deliver relevant feedback to all parties.

- Proactively manage workload, making recommendations for change when necessary.
- Manage supporting team and provide coaching, mentoring and direction.

Requirements

Knowledge:

- Must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.
- Project Microsoft Professional Knowledge useful but not mandatory
- AutoCAD basic skills are useful but not mandatory

Skills:

- Must be an effective communicator to convey ideas, expectations, and information to their team, stakeholders, and clients
- Must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously

- Must be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project
- Must quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project
- Must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Project management.
