Project Manager - Hospitals

An International Consultancy is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their diverse growing team in Dubai to work on a range of Healthcare projects in the region.

As Project Manager you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the project including project planning, liaising with the client and the main contractor as appropriate regarding issues arising in relation to site supervision, holding regular progress meetings, commercial and risk management and project methodology You will be responsible for the overall management of the entire project during the construction stage and ensuring it’s successful handover to the client.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have a relevant degree. A strong background in project coordination on multiple healthcare projects, Impeccable written and verbal communication skills as well as a proven background in dealing directly with high profile clients are required. Detailed scheduling, cost management and site coordination experience as well as proven team leadership capabilities.
