Job description / Role
Project Manager - Hotel(s) - RAK
Guildhall are representing a Project Management Consultancy going though exponential growth. They are a boutique PMC with an Executive Management team built up of individuals with extensive UAE experience working for some of the most reputable Consultancies and Developers over the last 15 year.
With the award of two new projects they are looking to hire a Project Manager for one of their new 5 Star Hotel Developments to join the team in March / April 2018.
With responsibility to monitor Contractor progress this role will also form an intrinsic link with the client.
Salary:
AED
50,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Essential demonstrable criteria required of suitable candidates:
- Degree Educated in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 20 years postgraduate experience
- Experience working on a 5 Star Hotel Development
- Working either for a PMC or Client Side
- Western Educated
