Project Manager - Interior Fit Out

Job description / Role

Leading property company in Dubai is seeking a well experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to join their company. Suitable candidate to have 10 years experience within the high end residential projects and past interior fit out experience.

Duties:

- Reporting to management daily.
- Responsible for management of project scheduling, including design, pre-construction, construction and post construction phases.
- Understanding, reviewing and negotiating contracts , MOU with, contractors, consultants, and governments
- Participating and involved in value engineering at all project stages.
- Responsible for establishment of proper insurance policies as related to design and construction.
- Responsible for managing and administering tenders to contractors and consultants.
- Maintain liaison with contractors, architect to discuss modifications and adequate solutions to project problems, monitor and document change orders from initiation to completion of construction and payment.
- Monitoring project design and construction activities performed by consultant and contractors
- Coordinating, managing and documenting the pre-final, final inspections, and warranty certificate.
- Reviewing the bill of quantities and contract documents and complies with the client perspective in term of cost, quality and time.
- Coordinate with local authorities to secure approvals and permits.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Degree
- 10 Years experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with high end projects
- Experience with Fit-out of residential and hotel projects
- Ideally past experience with Interior Design
