Project Manager (Interior/Fit out company)

Job description / Role

An established Interior Fitout Company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee client accounts, manage project execution, and ensure seamless coordination between internal departments. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in interior fit-out, joinery, retail, furniture, or luxury brand shop fitting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts from initial brief to final installation.
• Oversee estimating, quoting, prototype presentation, production, and installation processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Translate client requirements into internal briefs through formal meetings.
• Prepare accurate performance reports and present new concepts aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in design development and pre-production meetings.
• Create project plans and assign tasks and requirements to relevant departments.
• Review BOQs, production processes, and cutting lists for accuracy.
• Coordinate with estimating, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor project progress and expedite workflows to address delays.
• Ensure all work meets client expectations, timeframes, and budgets.
• Submit invoices and required documentation promptly and accurately.

To qualify for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in project and client account management within interior fit-out or related fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes, logistics, estimating, and project planning tools.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail in BOQs, reports, and budgets.
• Solid understanding of project financials and invoicing.
