Job description / Role
• Must have worked as an IT Project manager with domain experience Retail/ healthcare background.
• Implementing the CRM, driving the project.
• Past experience of working with customer data, analyzing effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and ROI calculation; experience in healthcare preferable
• Past experience of working with key data visualization tools preferable
Requirements
• End to end ownership of setting up necessary tools and tracking in place to measure critical data points
• Should also have understanding of customer journey (online and offline) and its role in analytics
• Define key metrics to measure success for expected business outcomes
• Analyze large set of diverse data from multiple sources, and identify key patterns, and anomalies
• Should be comfortable with tools used to clean and analyze big data
• Leverage resources at hand to translate data patterns into meaningful business insights
• Should be able to relate this back to the customer journey, and impact at various points
• Communicate key insights across levels with key implications for relevant stakeholders
• Develop hypothesis on solutions / interventions required to address any challenges
• Support in creation of action plan, and continued monitoring of data from intervention in order to close the loop
• Should be able to work collaboratively with peers within product and marketing teams
