Project Manager - Masterplanning

Randstad is looking for a Project Manager - Design to join an international architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale building projects in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. This role requires experience working with a leading design consultancy or on the client side, overseeing complex building developments from concept to completion. Working closely with the Project Director and Design Director, the Project Manager will work on luxury hotel, resort and residential building projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complex building projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and urban planners.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant design, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and efficiency.

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction
- 10+ years of experience within the design and delivery of building projects in the Gulf
- Proven experience managing large-scale building projects in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience with a leading design consultancy or working on the client side.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of project delivery, local regulations, and industry best practices.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
