Job description / Role
Project Manager – Project manage the implementation of the Maximo and Tririga and other ICT requirements
Project Duration – 6 months
• Develop and manage the project plan, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Allocate and coordinate resources, including team members, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, establish communication channels, and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to project requirements and standards.
• Facilitate organizational change by assessing the impact of project activities, developing change management plans.
• Identify and address project issues and conflicts, escalate when necessary, and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
• Prepare regular progress reports, document project activities, and maintain project documentation for future reference.
• Scheduling of End user Training/UAT session with Client and contractors and preparing training agenda and distribution of training material and feedback surveys
Requirements
The resource needs experience acting as a PM and Techno functional consultant in which he has delivered projects related to Maximo implementation (Maximo Application Suite 8.X) for other clients.
