Project Manager (Mech/Elec) Swimming Pools/Water Features Landscape Contractors

On behalf of our client, a well known international group of companies incorporating Landscaping Contracting and Swimming Pool and Water Feature Design and installation , we are recruiting an experienced Project Manager that must Mechanical / Electrical experience of water feature and swimming pools as a Project Manager.

Please note we are NOT looking for Project Managers working on Towers, Shopping Malls and mega projects. You must be working for a Landscaper, on Swimming pools and water features only.

This role is to manage electro mechanical works for high profile clients and 5 star hotels in Dubai and if you do not have the work experience in the same field, please do not apply.

You must hold a degree in BE Mechanical and/or Electrical with minimum 10 years experience in construction and maintenance of swimming pool & Water features (civil and electro mechanical works) for high end clients.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Graduate in Mechanical/Elect Engg. with minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Construction and maintenance of Swimming Pool & Water Features ( civil works + electro mechanical works) for high profile clients and five star hotels in Dubai with valid UAE driving license. Candidates must have the project management skills, able to handle the division, planning and monitoring the progress with regular program updates, costing and budget monitoring is essential.
