Job description / Role
Project Manager - MUST HAVE NETSUITE EXPERIENCE
Support financial transformation through participating in variety of projects strategically planned to support the growth of the organisation. Working closely with department head and key stakeholders to provide advice and execution plans regarding system implementations and integration

Description
- Cross departmental collaboration regarding NetSuite implementation and integration
- Document Business and System Requirements
- Perform Gap, Functional and Technical analysis for various business issues
- Assist in the preparation of process flow diagrams
- Support department head on the planning and execution of projects
- Manage ad hoc projects and/or tasks as assigned by department head
- Build Project Plans, Gantt Charts and take ownership of ERP Implementation Schedule
- Drive Business Analysis by engaging with key internal stakeholders
- Liaise with System Accountant to perform agile testing at all stages of ERP implementation

Requirements
- Min. 5 years working experience with NetSuite ERP in a project focused role
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Software Engineering
- Proficient in NetSuite implementation and system integration
- Has participated in system audit procedures
- Good understanding of IFRS and financial accounting
- Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Scheduling and Project Planning
