Job description / Role
• Managing fundamental aspects of project delivery.
• Participating directly in the master planning design process.
• Coordinating and reviewing the work of project teams; including engineering and specialty consultants.
• Developing, organizing and reviewing plans and design documents.
• Determining and scheduling different stages of the design process according to client needs.
• Responsible for internal project controls and schedule adherence.
• Managing multiple projects, depending on scale and complexity.
• Collaborating with Planning & Landscape team members and other disciplines within various B+H studios globally.
• Reviewing project actual versus plan report and updating work plans in BST as required.
Requirements
• University degree in Architecture, Planning or Landscape Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in the professional field, including project management experience with an international design practice.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
• Experience working in the Middle East.
• Proficiency in digital software.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong and positive interpersonal qualities.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with a geographically and ethnically diverse team.
• Detail oriented, efficient, adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities.
• Passionate and inspirational with a collaborative approach.
