Job description / Role

Typical responsibilities include:
• Agreeing project objectives and write Scope of work and level of effort documents
• Organizing the various professional people working on a project and making the delivery schedules
• Carrying out risk assessment and communicate to the internal stakeholders (Sales, finance, HR, etc.)
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
• Making sure the quality standards are met
• Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
• Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
• Project prioritization
• Carrying a consultancy and training revenue target and achieve the budget
Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a PM and/or PMO in the telecommunication field in the middle east
• A graduate with a Bachelors in a relevant science or technical discipline
• Analytical skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and Diplomacy
• Commercial awareness
• First class communication skills
• Team working skills
• Ability to motivate people
• Management and leadership skills
• Must be fluent in both written and verbal English
• Arabic and French is a plus
