Project Manager - Property Developer

About the Client:
A Dubai-based property development company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

- Develop and define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and PMC.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to ensure project viability.
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with PMC, Consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any construction-related issues.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals.
- Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure timely payment to vendors and contractors.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality and integrity.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring milestones are met.
- Generate and present detailed status reports, financial reports, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.

- Male, 50 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (PMP, CPM, etc.) are a plus
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry in UAE, out of which at least 5 years MUST be in Dubai
- Must have previous experience of working with Dubai master developers like DDA, Nakheel, Emar etc
- Must have exposure to Dubai Land department inspection and approval process particularly off plan projects
