Overview of the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for executing and delivering automotive development projects from inception to completion. This includes overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure that deliverables are completed on time, meet the required quality standards, and stay within the allocated budget. The role requires effective coordination of cross-functional teams, proactive risk management, adherence to project timelines, and alignment with strategic business objectives.

What you will do

Project Delivery - Design

  • Implement the Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines for various automotive brands.
  • Communicate with brand principals and internal stakeholders to finalize design and implementation.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Project Delivery - Quality

  • Ensure final project quality meets standards defined in the project brief to secure Completion Certificate.
  • Oversee projects valued up to AED 100 million in construction.
  • Project Delivery - Progress

  • Monitor and drive project progress to meet defined timelines, keeping all team members informed.
  • Oversee projects valued up to AED 100 million in construction.
  • Project Delivery - Cost

  • Manage project budgets to ensure alignment with financial viability.
  • Oversee projects valued up to AED 100 million in construction.
  • Project Value Engineering

  • Provide timely and accurate value-added/buildability options to the project team.
  • Project Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive records of project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation is compiled and available upon project completion.
  • Tender Documentation

  • Coordinate the preparation of all tender and contract documentation with the project team.
  • Required skills to be successful

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in design and build, with a background in contracting, development, or consultancy, specifically on mid to large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering automotive, commercial, retail, or industrial developments.
  • Comprehensive expertise in project planning, commercial management, and on-site supervision.
  • What equips you for the role

  • Civil Engineering and Building University Degree.
  • Strong personality with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
