Project Manager – Reputable Tier 2 Contractor – Great Opportunity for Expansion - Dubai

This Group are who have been in operation in the UAE for over 30 years and have a reputation of delivering high quality design and build projects. They predominately undertake projects within the commercial, residential, hospitality and leisure sectors and projects are typically between AED100M –AED300M. They have several live projects at the moment and are looking very positive on many tenders.

The client is seeking to take on a degree qualified, highly driven and determined Project Manager with knowledge and experience working on similar large scale build projects.

This is a role for someone who is extremely professional, highly capable and experienced in either running very similar projects or other projects of a high spec. You must be capable of leading the jobs, managing various scopes of works day to day, programming and costing of the project

Requirements

- Must have a Degree
- 10 – 15 years total experience
- 5+ years experience in the Middle East
- Experience on High rise projects is a massive advantage
- PMP would be advantageous
