Job description / Role
Retail Fitout Basebuilt works for Malls:
• Defining the goals of the project and developing drafts that outline the specific objectives expected from a project.
• Map out the different teams that will be involved during the project, with a charter that defines the responsibilities and duties of each.
• Responsible for developing the plan for a project.
• Communicate the plans effectively, by adopting visual charts or network diagrams
• Assigning a timeline for each element of project development with the help of drawings / Gantt charts showing how the different tasks are connected
• Work closely with the different departments to make sure no setbacks or difficulties arise.
Requirements
• Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent.
• Membership of any relevant Professional / Chartered bodies desirable.
• Work experience in the field of real estate development – Retail.
• Leadership experience to bring multi-disciplinary teams in alignment.
• Authority approval experience (Dubai).
