Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of its most prestigious clients, a UAE based Real Estate Developer who is looking to hire a Retail Construction Project Manager.
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and the delivery of a selected project, managing on site activity of both the consultant and contractor.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have strong Retail / Mall construction experience accompanied by experience with solid retail full project life cycle management, team coordination, P&L control and understanding of development operations. Please note that whilst this role needs someone with experience in high end finishes, this role is not retail delivery but full life cycle project management.
