Project Manager - Roads

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specialized in road construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of road projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage road construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in road construction.
• In-depth knowledge of road construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
