Job Title: Project Manager – Agile & Waterfall
Experience Required: 7+ years in Project Management

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of leading projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive successful delivery of complex initiatives within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and project execution.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

• 7+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence).
• Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
