A leading multinational semi- government organisation, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Projects Officer, based in Dubai. This is a new vacancy reporting directly into the Regional Director and as a result, progression within this role is expected. You will be supporting the wider Business Development team with market research, potential business opportunities, CRM management, social media marketing and event coordination.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and be a strong team focused individual with excellent English language and communication skills. You will be in contact with several senior stakeholders both here and overseas to manage campaigns and events at a very busy period of growth for the organisation. The role will also encompass collation of reports, business cases and data analysis alongside providing market research on economic factors. You will also support the Regional Communications & Marketing Manager with India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) marketing campaigns concerning event management, writing of press releases, adverts and online and social media content (particularly Twitter). As our client works in partnership with many global organisations there is also a requirement to manage relationships with any third-party suppliers on behalf of the regional marketing team.
The Project Officer vacancy is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, growing team and success in this role is expected to lead to new opportunities and growth of the right individual. In order to be successful candidates are expected to be educated to degree level in Marketing or Business and possess a minimum of 2 years’ relevant UAE based experience in a similar support role. You must also be a fluent English speaker with excellent reading, writing and communication skills and free to travel with minimal restrictions to the IMEA region and their European Headquarters.
