Project Planner (Villa Renovation & Fitout)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planner with proven experience in villa renovation and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Plan and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables across all project stages.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to align schedules and resolve delays.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management and clients.
• Identify risks, monitor critical paths, and propose corrective actions to maintain project targets.
• Support project managers in preparing work programs and tracking milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and project documentation requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Planner in villa renovation and interior fit-out.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement timelines, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred
• UAE experience in luxury residential or villa projects.
• Knowledge of local authority approval processes.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
