Job description / Role
• Preparing monthly progress claims for submission to the Consultant Engineer/Client
• Preparing documentation mainly for Sub-contracts
• Prepare and monitor Project Cashflow Forecasts
• Measure, value, submit and negotiate Contract variations
• Prepare, submit and negotiate Project Final Accounts
• Commercial vetting of Sub-contractors/Suppliers tenders and contracts
• Certification of Sub-contractor's Monthly Valuations and Final Accounts
• Assist in preparation and adhere to Project purchasing targeting and costing budget
• Taking-off of quantities from Tender/Construction Drawings
• Check and review the Site requirements and compare it with the approved Bill of Quantities
• Knowledge of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract and RICS Standard Method of Measurements
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
• Minimum of 4 years experience in similar position in the field of Construction preferably in Gulf Countries
• Analytical ability
• Knowledge in MS Office and AutoCad
• Excellence in written and spoken in English
