Job description / Role
Create new Sales Channels For Daikin
• Expand / Grow Business with Existing Contractors, Consultants & Clients
• Develop Strong Relations / Ties with Contractors
• Cooperate with Other Sales Members to increase Sales Funnels & opportunities
• Concentrations on Selling Daikin Applied Products and Unitary (Chillers, AHUs & FCUs,DX,VRV)
• Execute / Manage Sales of Centrifugal Chillers, AHUs, FCUs,DX,VRV
• Capable of Managing District Cooling Tenders Requirements
• Responsible of securing technical approvals of his/her Sales Opportunities
• Capable of Processing, Understanding and handling Contracts
• Securing all Payments (AR) of his/her Sales and Orders
Requirements
Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HVAC Industry (Sales & Marketing) in UAE/Dubai
• Techno Commercial Background of Air Conditioning Solutions
• Account Management / Business Development experience
• Strong Comprehension in Chillers (Air Cooled & Water Cooled)
• Strong Comprehension in Airside Products (Fan Coil Units & Air Handling Units)
• Knowledge of VFV and DX will be an advantage
Education:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• MS and/or MBA is a plus
• Other Trainings / Certificates/ Programs such PMP, LEED, GBC, Others are plus
Skills:
• Team Work
