Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Position: Senior Sales Executive - Projects

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build new businesses by approaching new customers and promoting Company’s quality products and service in the construction industry by planning visits to contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Maintain sustainable and strong relation with existing customers by planning regular visits and by fulfilling the required technical and operational support demanded by the customers for the existing projects
- Execute sales plan and strategy guided by Line Manager to achieve sales budget.
- Follow “handling customer inquiry procedure” and “sales department KPI”
- Monitor the day-to-day activities of the sales department by checking customer inquiries, following up pending inquiries by technical department and checking proposals and quotations.
- Follow up and negotiate with the customer for a contract award, taking into consideration the margin level agreed with the Line Manager.
- Review contracts and agreements before it is shared with authorized personnel for signing.
- Assure agreeing with the customer on the proper terms and conditions of supply that will be suitable for company standards.
- Market new products, special products to contractors and consultants.

AED 8,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum 5 years of Project sales experience in Tiles industry in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Commercial awareness.
- IT skills, mainly Outlook, Excel and Word
- Numerical skills.
