Project Technical Manager

Job description / Role

- Responsible in all technical aspects of a project (Landscape, Infrastructure, Material and Drawing submittals)
- Responsible to handle a team professionally
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
- Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
- Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution

Requirements

- Male
- Arab, Indian and Filipino National
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture
- 45 years old and below
- At least 15 years of experience in a reputable Contracting or Landscaping Company in UAE and GCC
- Able to handle all technical aspects of a project (Landscape, Infrastructure, Material and Drawing submittals)
- Excellent communication skills
