Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Mentor Global Consultants (MENTOR) is a human resources development and training center which provide professional services for clients around business planning, organizational and people development. We have an opening for a job role aiming to support the its main office and its clients' engagement team in several key areas such as but not limited to:

• Project Coordination: Includes capturing requirements from internal and external sources, scheduling events and meetings, organizing tasks and activities, coordinating with involved people and parties to perform the right tasks on time and within budget, communicate with all stakeholder and keep everybody informed, keeping track of duties and records.
• Administration Support: Includes office and workplace management, stationary and inventory management, greeting and meeting visitors, answering phone call and responding to emails, report back to supervisor and escalate any obstacles.
• Government Interface: Follow up governmental regulations requirements and ensure compliance, monitor deadlines for licenses, work permits, parking cards and other relevant documents, apply for or extend any license or permit as needed, follow up on pending request and update supervisor.
• Vendor Management: Identify vendors, contractors, consultants or trainers needed for specific requirement, agree on terms and follow up till execution.
• Invoices and Payment Management: Prepare and sign contracts with suppliers or clients, receive invoices from suppliers and arrange payments, issue and deliver invoices to clients, follow up with pending payments and ensure compliance and report back to supervisor.
• Record Keeping and Data Entry: Keep updated and accurate records of information or documents as needed, use relevant software applications for data entry and ensure data backup is always available.

Job is a full time job at designated location, five days a week with expected exceptions when needed, official holidays applies.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medical insurance and annual leave

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a person with a university or a college degree with background in either project coordination, administration or office management, training workshops management, events management or human resources management.
• The candidate should be an active, passionate, well-organized, attentive to details, punctual with great time management capabilities, able to communicate clearly and self-motivated.
• The candidate is expected to know how to work on MS-Office applications, use online platforms and government portals, handy in communication and collaboration technology tools.
