Projects and Fit Out Manager

Job description / Role

Client is a leading office furniture and fit out company based in Dubai. They are looking to employ a Projects and Fit Out Manager to oversee their fledgling fit out department.

Commercially aware, the ideal candidate will oversee the entire department including all projects, pre and post contracting activities as well as championing the forward momentum of the interior fit out department.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years UAE experience in a Project Management role
- Capability to manage all aspects of a project from initial inception through to handover including tender stage.
- Good all-round experience of various other departments and their roles within a given project
- Understanding of local legal/commercial laws and regulations
- Knowledge of FIDIC
