Employment: Full Time

Job Role/KRA

- Responsible for Overall project management and delivery within timeline, quality and the budget.
- Support CAPEX Preparation along with Quantity Surveyor Support to Prepare BOQ, tender drawings, tender documents and final tender evaluation and appointment of Contractors.
- Responsible for coordination from Brand concept design to Consultant Design Drawings till Contractor's Shop and IFC drawings.
- Corodinate with the Mall Team to get Approvals keeping the design standards of HomeBox intact Monitors the project on daily basis.
- Reviews Contractor's payment claims and payment certificates. Utilizes MS project and Excel for Project Timeline against Baseline.
- Conducts Site visits and generates reports including civil, architectural and MEP internal inspections.
- Assists on operations on pre-opening and contractors on closing out the projects Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist and prepares material submittals. Liaise with mall management and all other landlord authorities for Fitout process and execution.

Retail Format Design / Re-design

- Conceptualize / Redesign retail formats for the Concept in line with the customer, mall requirements and latest market trends
- Develop complete design for the showroom that will include a comprehensive floor plan, exterior elevations, interior elevations, A/c diffuse allocation, lightning, graphic imaging (3D Presentation) and all material selections and finishes
- Develop designs for all other features / utilities of the Mall or store such as building placement / orientation, parking lot layout / flow, service vehicle access
- Deliver detailed specifications and clear, concise, comprehensive, and complete engineering / interior drawings as required
- Ensure that all the designs and drawings are as per the company standards
- Assist in developing the zoning in the store as per the categories of products to be displayed by bearing in mind the principles of space management and profiles of the target consumers
- Conduct existing conditions surveys and prepare architectural base plans, sections, elevations and details as appropriate to document relevant conditions
- Assist in detail development and assisting in researching products and systems that accomplish the design intent

Site Project Management

- Assist in site selection and prepare the detailed survey report by performing on-site design services, interpreting drawings, specs, codes, standards, regulatory requirements, and carrying out field engineering work
- Assist in preparing detailed project plans for site development including project costing, timelines and development schedules and coordinate for approvals
- Assist in nomination, evaluation and appointment of consultants and contractors / suppliers / vendors including negotiation of rates and contractual terms and obligations
- Manage vendor relationships including conducting planning session with vendors and service providers and define project and performance expectations
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new products / solutions including material to be used bearing in mind quality and cost effectiveness
- Provide material specifications and oversee procurement of the material from suppliers
- Coordinate with external agencies like Architectural Consultants, Material suppliers, Construction agencies etc so as to ensure that the project is completed with in the scheduled time period in a efficient and effective way
- Supervise all the activities on-site and coordinate with Concept to regularly provide feedback on the progress of work/project
- Assist in guiding and managing the manpower deployed onsite including Supervisors and contractor labour

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of Retail Design Drafting Experience UAE Experience for Fitout Project Management, Retail Design Delivery, Tenant Delivery Management, Understanding of block zoning and fitout layouts Understanding of working dwgs to Cater to site execution.
- Understand and can prepare BOQ based on the Working Dwgs for Tendering Purpose.
- Preparation of Sample Board as and when required.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants for MEP Dwgs & Prepare RCPs Ability to work within given deadlines and take initiative to do the same Should have basic knowledge of MEP design
- Should Have the capacity to work independantly and as well in a team and take ownership of a given task/work

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor Of Architecture-B.Arch.Master Degree in Architecture will be an added advantage

Software Skills : Autocad (Latest version)-Proficient Microsoft Office -Proficient Sketch Up -Proficient PMP -Proficient
