Job description / Role
Our client, a leading real estate company in UAE is currently looking for pleasant and competitive Sales Promoters/ Direct Marketing Executives who thrive in attracting new customers. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Must be comfortable in generating interest and qualifying sales prospects.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
• Create a positive image and lead consumers to fix appointments
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a Promoter/ Direct Marketing Executive
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
• Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Indoor Salesperson in luxury retail, High end jewellery, Perfumes, Apparel, watches, Timeshare industry or Real Estate
• Working at Duty Free/ Airport Kiosk/ Malls would be ideal.
• Excellent communication in English/Presentable.
• Knowledge of any other language is an added advantage.
• Ready to work on rotational shifts.
