Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a diplomatic mission looking to hire a Property Administrator for their Abu Dhabi office. For this full-time permanent role, you will be expected to represent the organisation to the highest standard. You will be building key relationships with the host country and be responsible for managing the mission’s overall property requirements.
Your main responsibilities will be fostering key internal relationships with the Head of Mission, Agency Staff and Administrative Management. You will be building key external relationships with property managers, Suppliers and Host Authorities. You will lead and deliver on the transfer of diplomatic staff and assist with their re-settlement needs where required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be based in Abu Dhabi and be a natural self-starter, problem solver and possess an unquestionable work ethic. You should possess experience in property and maintenance management. Due to the nature of the role, you should have excellent problem solving capabilities and an understanding of general property policies. The ideal candidate should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
