Property Advisor
Position Summary
The position of a Property Advisor at Mountain Gate Realty is to successfully sell and/or lease residential and/or commercial property across the UAE whilst adhering to the upmost professionalism and RERA laws.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Meeting monthly target through sales and leasing: Completing set tasks will help you towards your monthly targets – under performing on your target is unacceptable.
2. Advertise new listings: Listings can come from a number of other avenues which will be discussed. Regular listings will be expected on a monthly basis.
3. Send listing report: Once you have property listings it is essential to keep in contact with the owners keeping them updated. This will be performed every Wednesday and a detailed report will be sent to the sales manager.
4. Client property viewings: This will be judged again on a monthly basis. Viewings can be generated from a number of tasks and will be recorded through property introduction forms handed to the sales manager.
5. Contact new leads: We say in real estate “time is a deal killer”. Once you receive a lead from the company it will be your responsibility to contact the client asap. You will need to record the conversation on propspace and set reminders to follow up accordingly. We will be contacting your clients to follow up and also rate your level of service out of 10.
6. Calls to new clients: This will be performed daily through information given to you from the company. You will send a daily report to the sales manager to confirm this has been achieved.
7. Add new contacts to the company database: We will calculate this task on a monthly basis. Growing your database is essential for future success. Add all contacts you meet/speak to to the company propspace.
8. Visit area of specialization: This task will be done daily. You will visit your area to keep familiar for product knowledge and to network to gain beneficial outcomes. You will send a daily report to the sales manager to confirm this has been achieved.
9. Punctuality: Office hours are from 9am to 6pm. It is not acceptable to be late or to leave early.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience in Sales / Customer Service
Current Location: UAE
Language Fluency: English more langues will be added
Leadership and persuading skills.
high level of communication skills.
