Employment: Full Time

Our company is looking for a fresh, young, friendly, positive & dynamic individual who are open to challenges in the Real Estate Industry where in we help our team unleash its’ best potential in making their career to the next level.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs
• Consult with clients and identify their need, financial concern and preference to assist them in making a sound-decision regarding the purchase of property
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails and other means to offer them about the consultancy services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies
• Maintain an extensive database of commercial, industrial and residential properties available in the local market
• Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of the client to reach a favorable bargain
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal
• Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channels
• Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale

Requirements

We are open to both novice and experienced individual. Trainings with our professional team leaders will be available to those who will be selected.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
• Having background in Real Estate industry is an advantage but not necessary
• Great networking skills to interact with a large number of people or people of different culture
• Strong communication skill, oral/verbal and written
• Motivational and communication skill
• Optimistic & Dynamic personality is highly encouraged
