Core Duties of a Property Advisor:

• Prospecting: Look for properties from landlords and sellers through Mountain Gate Realty proven system.
• Listing: List these properties to maximize their appeal to potential clients.
• Inquiries: Handle incoming leads for the listed properties.
• Viewing: Schedule and conduct property viewings with full knowledge.
• Negotiations: Receive and negotiate offers with landlords.
• Deals: Signing of contracts between tenants and landlords or buyers and sellers.
• Full training provided, with no previous experience required.
• No ceiling on growth potential.
• Commission structure up to 70%.
• Sales Manager will be developed within the team

• Entry knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results and exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A valid real estate license in Dubai is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• A commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends and regulations.
