Property Consultant

Job description / Role

• Lead Generation and creating a pool of sophisticated and discerning clients
• Building a database of clients/customers
• Marketing of properties through several property portals
• Ensuring that the correct details are advertised for the listed properties, and following up internally with the required departments
• Hold open house inspections, instructing clients on best practices for selling success and liaising between renters/owners and prospective buyers for property inspections.
• Coordinating on the preparation of legal documents including listings and sales contracts
• Ensuring terms and conditions of agreements are met
• Maintaining and liaising with clients, building relationships with clients to encourage returning business.
• Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
• Analyse market trends to determine competitive market prices

Requirements

We are seeking motivated professionals who:
• Retain a strong Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Have track record of success in Dubai real estate sales or leasing
• Are passionate about real estate
• Maintain High Professional Standards
• Maintain High Punctuality Standards
• Maintain High Individual Standards
• Have a Strong Work Ethic
• Are Hungry for Success & financial gain
• Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage
• Worked in Dubai's real estate market at least one year
• Own a Dubai driver license
