Job description / Role
A growing Real Estate Brokerage in Sheik Zayed Road is looking for a professional real estate broker/agents. The applicants should be certified by RERA at least minimum two years of experience in Real Estate in Dubai. The position is generous commission based salary.
• Liaise with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
• Maintain regular contact with developers, investors and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via calls, emails, letters and meeting
• Attend property viewings with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads.
• Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas which are for sale and lease
• Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.
• Complete details of properties which include photos, arrangement of viewings, showing the property to prospective clients etc.
• Update CRM on a daily basis with all the Leads and Listings
• Attend property-related events such as exhibitions, property launches, presentation and seminars. Ensure any sales closed and all business activities and documents comply with RERA laws and practices.
• Designate yourself two geographic areas where you will work become "expert"
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years required.
• Must have existing properties to market.
• Must have RERA license
• Highly motivated
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients
