Job description / Role
We are looking for a property consultant with experience in the UAE Market.
• As a Property Consultant, your role is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients.
• You would be actively promoting the company’s services, attend property viewings with prospective buyers keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities.
• Update the database on daily basis with any client meeting and progress of leads
• Participate in the company exhibitions locally and internationally
• Listing and marketing properties in different property portals
• Participate in market research to have an up to date information about the competitor in the market Qualifying potential buyers
• Conducting viewings and follow up with client and broker agent
• Maintain regular contact with all clients
Requirements
• RERA certified candidate
• 3-year experience in UAE market
• Bachelor’s degree and business, marking or any related subject
