Job description / Role
The applicants should have a drivers license. minimum one year of experience in Real Estate in Dubai. Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
Prepare viewing sheet
Liaise with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
Maintain regular contact with developers, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via calls, emails, letters, and meeting
Arrange property viewings with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads.
Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas which are for sale and lease. Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.
Upload properties to the CRM with complete details including photos, title deeds, passport and marketing documents from the owner.
Know how to take photos of the property
Update CRM daily with all the Leads and listings.
Attend property-related events such as exhibitions, property launches, presentation, and seminars.
Ensure any sales closed and all business activities and documents comply with RERA laws and practices. Designate yourself two geographic areas where you will work become "expert".
Minimum 1 year required. Must have existing properties to market.

Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Other certifications obtained: RERA Certificate
Nature and length of previous experience: 1 to 2 years experience as Property Consultant in a Real Estate Company
Soft Skills and Personality traits: selling, a good negotiator, critical thinking, communications skills,
trustworthy, target oriented, self-motivated, market knowledge, organized, flexible, able to work independently, marketing skills
Gender Preference: Male
Nationality Preference: Indian, Filipino
Language Fluency: English
