The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and some proven sales experience in the property industry. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the property acquisition or sale process. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to excel in a fast-paced and competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand the needs of potential buyers and sellers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values.
- Guide clients through the property buying or selling process, providing expert advice and assistance.
- Coordinate property viewings and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property regulations, and legal requirements.

Salary: Commission only, uncapped earning potential
