We are seeking dynamic & energetic individuals who are eager to join the robust real estate sector and reach their full potential as property consultants & client advisors. We sharpen existing skills and help our agents sell better & faster. We provide comprehensive training to get you started and sell confidently.

- We offer basic salary + commission for select candidates that meet criteria (will be discussed at interview stage)

- Visa + Medical insurance upon confirmation period of 4-6 weeks from date of joining
- Laptop, Mobile with data post confirmation period
- Lead generation through multiple paid channels including access to Director stock

- Bachelor’s degree
- UAE drivers license (Mandatory)
- Dubai Real estate sales, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience at any brokerage
- Knowledge of secondary sales in Dubai real estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Financial stability to sustain until deal closure
