As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends to advise clients accurately.
- Negotiate and finalise property transactions, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics in all client interactions.

- Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role is an advantage.
- Sales Skills
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property management practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office Suite.
