We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with their ideal properties, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate, off plan sales, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to build a successful career in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify new properties, trends, and opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized service and expert advice throughout the property transaction process.
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials to showcase available properties effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, off plan sales, property management, or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, property regulations, and investment opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
