Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting clients to make sound property purchasing decisions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process, from property search to negotiations and closing deals
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values and legal regulations to offer accurate advice.
• Develop new leads through networking, referrals and market research while utilizing provided client data.
• Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations including preparing the necessary documentation.
• Participate in networking events to attract international clients.

• Excellent English Communication skills are essential
• Minimum one year of experience in the UAE, with proven track record in sales.
• Strong Negotiation and sales skills
• Having valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
