Property Consultant

Job description / Role

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the buying, selling, and renting process.
• Property Listings and Negotiations: Finding properties from the secondary market to drive listings for lead generation. Manage negotiations between Parties to secure the best deals.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with UAE real estate trends, market prices, and property values. Provide clients with relevant insights to help them make informed decisions.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and grow your client base through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Customer Service Excellence: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or queries from clients and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

• Proven experience and good sales track record as a Real Estate Agent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and procedures from the Dubai Land Department.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• High ethical standards and a customer-first attitude.
• Fluent in English; other languages is a PLUS.
• Valid UAE Driver's License
