At RE/MAX Guidelines Properties, we are looking for driven and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties, while benefiting from a lucrative commission structure and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Expertise: You have a strong background in sales (preferably real estate), with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re self-driven and business-savvy, with a desire to build your own success and maximise earning potential.
• Financially Secure: You possess the financial stability necessary to succeed in a commission-only structure, understanding the long-term rewards of the role.
• Excellent Communicator: You’re fluent in professional English, capable of communicating effectively with a diverse range of clients. Additional languages are a plus.
• Client-Focused: You prioritise building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Independent and Ambitious: You are comfortable working autonomously while staying highly motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
• Adaptable & Flexible: You thrive in dynamic work settings, easily embracing new challenges and hybrid working environments.
• Team-Oriented: You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a supportive, growth-driven team culture.
• UAE Driver’s License: You have a valid UAE driver’s license, as client meetings and property tours are essential parts of the role.

• Based in UAE

• We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales.
• The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a commission-based role and possesses the financial stability to excel in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission based income only
