Property Consultant

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless rental experience for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to potential tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Maintain an updated database of available properties and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the leasing process.
- Achieve leasing targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in leasing.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai rental market and RERA regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a competitive environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
- RERA certification is an advantage.

- Must have their own property listings and should be able to get buyers/investors
